Sunday Roast

2-3 lb Sirloin Tip Roast
only if it’s on sale:)
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 beef bouillon cube
1 cup of water
1 potato per person
1 carrot per person

The easiest method is a crock pot.  Put meat in first, pour seasoning over and add vegetables, cook on high 6 hours or low 12 hours.  Serves 8 

Or

Put it all in a brown and serve bag in a 9 x 13 pan in the oven.  Poke 6 holes in the top of the bag.  Cook on 300 for about 2 hours or until 190 degrees.
