Corndogs

I realize a Corndog recipe is a little unnecessary but this was a menu I didn't want to forget.  The Corndogs were a perfect compliment to Okra because the breading is made of cornbread.  It was a wonderfully easy delicious summer menu!

Buy a box of Corndogs, baked according to the directions on the back - except use an oven thermometer and cook until it reaches 165 degrees.  It usually takes longer than the box says.

Corndogs
Fried Okra (actually tossed in a little oil and baked in an iron skillet in a 400 degrees oven 400 about an hour or actually deep fried)
Squash sauted with sweet onions
Fresh green beans cooked until tender
Fresh sliced peaches tossed with a little sugar
