Boiled Eggs

In a saucepan put any number of eggs.  Cover with water.  Turn stove on high until the water comes to a boil.  Turn down to simmer and cover.  Cook 20 minutes.  Eggs shell easily if you quickly pour off hot water and run cold water over the eggs.  Tap the egg on the side of the pot and then squeeze gently all over to crush the shell.  Start shelling by pinching off the top (the end that’s the roundest). As you’re shelling occasionally put the egg under running water and it will help get the shells off faster.
