5 Ingredient White Chicken Chili

Ingredients

2-3 cans chicken broth
1-2 (12 oz) can chicken, drained
2 (15-oz) cans Great Northern beans, drained
1-2 cups salsa verde
2 tsp. ground cumin
optional toppings: diced avocado, chopped fresh cilantro, shredded cheese, chopped green onions, greek yogurt

Directions

Add 2 cans chicken broth, 1 can of chicken, shredded, beans, salsa and cumin to a medium bowl. Stir to combine. If it's too think add the third can of broth. If you like more meat, add the other can of chicken.  At this point this soup can be placed directly into the fridge and then heated one bowl at a time.  This is great for nights when you want to leave dinner for the family but will not be there to eat with them or you want to have something already made to take to work.  Microwave each bowl 1-2 minutes or until hot or heat all the soup about 5 minutes or until hot. 
Serve warm with desired toppings.
