Easy Chicken Salad

1 - 10 ounce can chicken
Red or green grapes (I like lots of grapes!)
sprinkle of salt
1-2 Tablespoons mayo
1 stalk celery cut small (optional)

Drain the chicken and break into smaller pieces.  Sprinkle with salt.  Stir in Mayo.  Add the celery if desired.  Add the grapes, you can cut them in half or leave whole.  Eat it on a sandwich, in a croissant or on a bed of lettuce or right out of the bowl! Super fast and delicious.  Makes about 4 servings.
