2 cups mashed bananas
1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
Blend this in a blender and freeze in a ziploc bag
When ready to serve remove the ziploc and microwave for 1 minute. Squeeze bag to break up slush and pour it into a blender. Add 1 cup orange juice and blend about 1 minute. Optional ingredients are
2-3 whole frozen strawberries
1/4 cup frozen peaches.
Blend for 1 more minute.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and stir in
1/2 cup milk or yogurt per serving
6 servings 8 ounces each (If we are having this for breakfast its only about 3 servings)
