Cole Slaw

1 Head cabbage
1/4 shredded carrots
1 cup mayonnaise 
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons white vinegar

Shred the cabbage. Add all the ingredients and stir until thoroughly blended.  Chill til ready to serve
This will make about 25 1/2 cup servings
