Rolls-lunchroom

4 cups all-purpose flour (some of the all-purpose flour can be substituted with wheat flour)
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup sugar
1-1/2  cups milk (warm it slightly in microwave or 2 Tb milk powder + 1-1/2 cups warm water
1 stick margarine (melted) or 1/2 cup vegetable oil (the margarine taste best but the oil is good too)

Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl (or mix master with a dough hook) and mix together.  Add milk, water and melted margarine and mix until well blended and smooth.  Cover the pan with plastic wrap.  Let rise 30 minutes.  Grease a cookie sheet or 9 x 13 pan.  Shape into 12-15 rolls.  Put into pan and spray the tops lightly with cooking spray.  Cover with plastic wrap.  Let rise about 45 minutes.  Remove the wrap and bake 10-12 minutes in oven pre-heated to 400.
