1/3 cup dry oats
2/3 cup water
Put into a microwave safe bowl that is larger than a cereal bowl. Add oats and water. Microwave on high 1 minute. Stir. If it's still too thin, microwave about 1-2 more minutes but watch it! It will quickly start to boil and overflow. Good served with brown sugar or my new favorite, crunchy peanut butter and carob powder:) Makes 1 serving.
