Pumpkin Bread

3 1/3 Cups All-purpose Flour
1 Cup crushed pecnas
3 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups Stokley Pumpkin or cooked Sweet Potatoes (15 ounce can) not pie mix, just pumpkin
3 eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix all dry ingredients thoroughly.  Add the wet ingredients and mix thoroughly.


Put into greased pans.

Pre-heat oven to 350 F.

Bake 45 minutes for mini loaf pans.

Bake 50-55 minutes for larger pans.
