No Bake Energy Bites



1 cup dry oatmeal
2/3 cup coconut flakes
½ cup crunchy peanut butter
½ cup high protein, high fiber cereal
1/3 cup honey
drizzle of molasses (optional)
½ cup chocolate chips or other flavored chips

Stir all together. Eat it like this or roll into balls or shape into bars.
