8 ounces spaghetti noodles
1 teaspoon salt

1 pound ground chuck
½ fresh onion
OR ½ teaspoon onion powder
OR ½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
2 cans tomato sauce (15 ounces each)*
½ teaspoon Italian Seasoning*
2 tablespoons sugar*
Boil water for pasta with salt added. Brown ground beef with onion and salt. Drain. Add tomato sauce, Italian seasoning and sugar. Turn down to low and cook 10 more minutes uncovered. Add pasta to boiling water and cook 10 minutes. Drain. Serves about 6 adults.
*These can all be substituted for one jar of Spaghetti Sauce, like Ragu. My favorite is Aldi's Meat flavored.
