Bacon

To cook bacon in a microwave I use a special microwave bacon pan.  Put 3-4 paper towels on the plate and lay the bacon in a single layer and cover with 2 paper towels or napkins.  Microwave on high for 5 – 6 minutes.  Check to see if it looks cooked.  Add 1 minute at a time to avoid burning until desired crispness.
