Elder Jordan's Turkey Beach Club

like the ones from Jimmy John's Sub Shop
Sub Roll (8 inch) (white or wheat)
Hellmann's Mayo
Deli style - sliced Turkey Breast
Provolone Cheese

Avocado
Salt
Lime juice
Cucumber cut into thin strips (use a potato peeler)
Tomato
Lettuce

Peel and mash avocado.  Add salt, lime juice and a little water.  Add mayo to the sub roll.  On a clean surface, lay out the turkey, top with cheese and the avocado mixture.  Fold in half and stuff into the sub roll.  Top the turkey with cucumber slices, tomato and lettuce.
