3 cups Sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 cup Sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup margarine, melted
Mix together with a mixer and pour into a casserole dish. Mix topping:
1 cup Light brown sugar
1/3 cup self-rising flour
1 cup pecans, chopped
1/3 cup margarine, melted
Mix the topping in a separate bowl and then drop by spoonfuls on top of the casserole. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
