Teresa's Squash Casserole

8 yellow squash
1 egg
16 saltines
8 ounces cheese
salt and pepper
Ritz crackers

Boil squash til tender, drain, add egg and saltines, salt and pepper and cheese.  Put into a casserole dish that's been sprayed with Pam.  Crush Ritz crackers and put on top of casserole.  Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
