3- 12 ounce cans of Hormel Beef
3-15 ounce cans Veg-all original
1 tablespoon margarine
1 teaspoon dry onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Drain Veg-all and pour into crock pot or sauce pan, add un-drained roast beef, margarine, salt, pepper, stir carefully. Break in half large pieces of meat. Heat til 180 degrees on med heat. Keep warm to let flavors blend. This dish is also good microwaved.
Serve with sweet cornbread or buttered crackers.
