Chili

1-2 pounds ground beef
½ teaspoon onion powder or
½ of fresh onion
½ teaspoon cumin
3-15 ounce cans tomato sauce
15 oz can whole tomatoes
½ teaspoon garlic powder
3 teaspoon chili powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 can chili beans 

Cook ground beef with onion and drain.   Cut up tomatoes and add to meat with tomato sauce, cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, pepper and chili beans. Heat until hot and steamy either on a stove top or in the microwave.  If using the microwave only use power level 60 and stir after 5 minutes.

Good served with grilled cheese.
