Elder Morley's Mom Rice Pudding

2 well beaten eggs
2 cups scalded milk (just before a boiling stage, do not burn)
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 1/4 cups rice - cooked
1 tsp Vanilla
A dash of cinnamon and nutmeg on top
(1 cup of raisins if you like them)

Combine: Sugar, eggs, vanilla, and salt
Add:milk, then rice, raisins then stir - 
add seasonings by sprinkling on top

Make sure you use a nice glass dish for ingredients.  
Then place glass dish in a pan filled part way with water (you do not want it to overflow when you put glass dish in)

Cook for 1 1/2 hours in the pan of water at 325*
