1/4 cup minced onion
1/4 cup chili powder
3 Tablespoons salt
4 teaspoons cornstarch
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
1 Tablespoon cumin
1 Tablespoon red pepper flakes
Mix together. Store in an airtight container. Use 2 Tablespoons mix for each pound of hamburger to which you have added 1/3 to 1/2 cup water after hamburger is cooked.
